From the dashboard set “Client/Employee/Doctor” drop down to “ABA Data”, set “Select a Transaction” drop down to “Patient Portal Users”

Select the “Create New User” button in the top left corner.

When creating a user you have the option to keep the user active or in order to deactivate the account you uncheck the Active box. The locked box will be checked if a user attempts to login with an incorrect password too many times. Next select which client profiles belong to this user. Under permissions you select what information can be accessed by the family.

Under announcements you can create an announcement which will show up on the front page when parents login to their account.

In order for the family to use the account you are setting them up with, they will have to go to https://myaccupoint.com/#/login . They will log in with user name and password you created for them.

Navigate to the schedule page. Here families can see session notes and the schedule for the selected patient. They also have the ability to apply a signature to session notes from the schedule page.

Additionally they will be able to pull up BTD data report with the Behavior Data permission. Acquisition Data will allow them to see the BTI. Client notes allows them to see notes taken in the Data App.
