Pending
Once claims are completed in the calendar, they will appear in the submission report under this status.
This indicated claims have not yet been submitted.

Billed
Claims have been submitted out via AccuPoint.
Its recommended to confirm claims are acknowledged/accepted in the clearing house, please contact the payer to follow up on claim status if not processed/paid in 30 days.

Never Billed
Calendar sessions were entered and removed before the claim was able to be submitted.

Received
Claims were paid in full based off the contract rate in AccuPoint site.

Error
Client is missing key demographic information and claim is failing to submit. Ex: Subscriber number missing
Claim was denied by the payer, denial has posted into AccuPoint via ERA. Ex: Service is not authorized

Error Secondary
Water fall map is not set up properly or secondary subscriber number is missing from insurance numbers.

Patient responsibility
Claim has processed and the client has a deductible, coinsurance, or copay.

Patient billed
An invoice was previously generated due to the claim having a patient responsibility.

Partial Payment
Claim was not paid at the contract rate entered in AccuPoint.
_Its recommended to contact the payer to confirm the claim was paid correctly.
This could also indicate you may need to update your contract rates in your AccuPoint site, confirm contract rates with payer._

Unbillable
A status used to “write off” a claim or indicate the claim is unable to be billed/paid

Unbilled
A voided claim was sent.
Some payers will not accept voided claims electronically, it is recommended to confirm with the payer the voided claim was processed.

Hour change next bill
The calendar session was updated after the claim was submitted.
It is recommended to check and see if any additional time/units were added to the claim, if so, it will need to be marked ready to bill once the original claim pays to submit out a corrected claim.
