Individual Compliance reports are individual reports for the specific client or employee selected based on the services they are eligible to receive or perform.
Important: You must select the client or employee’s allowed services via the edit information page prior to accessing the compliance report. Please reference the following article for assistance adding allowed services:

Accessing Client Individual Compliance Reports
1. On the Dashboard select “Client” from the “Client/Employee/Doctor” dropdown
2. Select “Compliance Report: Individual” from the “Select a Transaction” dropdown
Requirement Description
Required for Billing means that this requirement must be on file prior to completing a session and a line item being created in the submission report
Not Required for Billing means that this requirement does not need to be on file prior to completing a session and a line item being created in the submission report.
Hide All Services: Un-checking this checkbox will show you all of the services to each requirement
Uploading Documents
1. Find the name of the document type you are trying to upload
2. Select “Choose File”
3. Choose the file from your computer
4. Enter a Start and End date if it is required
5. Click “Done”
