The purpose of a buzz word is to serve as a tag on your calendar items. You may also filter your calendar and generate reports using buzz words.
Adding Buzz Words
1. This link will take you to a page titled Buzz Words: https://[Your Personal AccuPoint Site URL].accupointmed.com/Lists/Buzz%20Words/AllItems.aspx
2. Click Add New Item
3. Input the name of the new buzz word and select any services that are associated with the buzz word
4. Once a buzzword is created and associated to services, you will have the option to select the new buzz word using a check box
5. You will also be able to filter different reports using the buzzwords
