Once your primary bill is submitted and the bill is not fully paid, the secondary billing system will be activated
1. Go to your “Submission Report”
2. Enter the appropriate criteria for your report and “UPDATE VIEW”
3. The claim you are looking for will be marked as “PENDING SECONDARY BILLING”
4. Check-off “READY TO BILL” for the claim that you are looking for
5. Click “MARK AS READY TO BILL” on the left-hand side of your screen as you would any other claim
6. Your bill for your client’s secondary payer will then submitted with your daily billing
