Permission Groups

The second tier of permissions is the “Permissions Groups” page which will determine what the employee can see in the dashboard and calendar.

  1. To edit “Permission Groups” please
  2. Click the edit icons (pencil & paper icon) next to the group you wish to change.
  3. “Entities” will allow you to set the options an employee will see in the Client/Employee/Doctor drop down on the dashboard.
  4. The “Allowed Pages” section will determine the options an employee sees in the select an employee will see in the Client/Employee/Doctor drop down on the dashboard.

Editing Permission Groups

  1. Click the edit icons next to the group you wish to change.
  2. “Entities” will allow you to set the options an employee will see in the Client/Employee/Doctor drop down on the dashboard.
  3. The “Allowed Pages” section will determine the options an employee sees in the select a transaction drop down.
  4. The “User’s” section will determine which employees are members of the selected group.
  5. The “Case load” only check box will only allow the employee in this group to view and schedule clients on their case load.
  6. The “Office only” check box will only allow the employee to view clients that are in the same office as the employee, if you have multiple offices.
