Setting up the Supervision Report

In order to set up the supervision report, you will need to mark your sub services as either Direct or Supervision so that the system knows which services include in the report

**Replace highlighted portion with the company prefix / designation that is used in your Accupoint Web Address, if you have any issues with this link please reach out to your on-boarding success manager

This link will take you to the Supervision report setup page where you will be able to categorize your direct and supervision sub-services:

1. Place your cursor on the left hand side of the sub-service and an Edit / Notepad icon will appear.

2. Click on the Edit icon will cause a drop down menu to appear for the Supervision Status:

3. Click the drop down menu to choose from the Direct or Supervision status:

Once you have chosen the Supervision Status, click on the Save / Floppy Disk icon to the left of the sub-service name to finalize the Supervision Status for the sub-service you are editing:



You will want to repeat this process for all of your direct and supervision sub-services.
