User Management Groups

The first tier of permissions in the AccuPoint system is in the “User Management”, “Groups” section, which will determine what the employee can see.
a. If the staff is a direct staff; they should only be in the “Employee” Group
b. If the staff is a BCBA; they should be in the “Director” Group
c. If the staff can create users they should be in the “User Administrator Group”
d. The “Payroll and billing” group will be able to see monetary values pertaining to the payroll and billing for your company.

Editing User Management Groups

a. Click the “User Management” link
b. Click the Username to view/edit the “Group” they are in

Important Note: Only Users in the “Directors” User Management group can complete items that are in an “Audit” status
