This import will be used for the initial creation of employees in your site. This sheet contains basic demographic information for employees and there are a few important fields.
Important fields:
Username -Recommended Username format: First letter of first name + Last name Your company name (Ex. For Jane Doe => JDoeAccuPoint)
NPI Number -This is the employee’s NPI number if applicable
Active -Checkbox is to determine if the employee is performing services for your company
Once your site is complete you can create employees and edit their current information on file. See the following article for creating employees:
Please note that if you are a current Catalyst user with employee information in Catalyst you will not need to fill out this sheet and will be able to create employees via the integration once your site is built.
