Screen Pinning
With the floating navigation bar, you can pin an application’s screen. When the app’s screen is pinned, users can’t exit that app until the screen is unpinned.

When the screen-pinning button is enabled on the YetiNavigation app, the button can be found on the bottom-right corner of the floating navigation bar.

Pressing the screen-pinning button opens a menu from which you can choose to pin screen with or without a timer. When the timer is set, the screen will be unpinned automatically after a set period of time. When the screen is pinned, you can unpin the screen manually by long-pressing the Back and Recent buttons. You can also pin the screen without the timer with the same command when the screen is not pinned.

Screen dimming
With the floating navigation bar, you can dim the screen if you perceive it as too bright. Simply click on the dimming icon to start or end the dimming function.

Split-Screen
You can use two applications at the same time with the split-screen mode. This feature is not available on Android 11. Please note that not all the applications support split-screen mode.

With the floating navigation bar, you can enter the split-screen mode by pressing the split-screen button. When in the split-screen mode, pressing the split-screen button again will exit the split-screen mode.

Choosing an opening mechanism for the minimized mode
You can choose from three different options for opening the floating navigation bar when in the minimized mode. Changing the opening mechanism can help users to avoid exiting the minimized mode accidentally.

There are three different opening mechanisms.

  • None. Just tap the minimized button to open the floating navigation bar. Selected by default.
  • Long press. Long press the minimized button to open.
  • Tap 5 times. Tap the minimized button 5 times to open.

In the YetiNavigation application, you can customize the floating navigation bar size and choose which navigation buttons you want to enable or disable.
