YetiCare Launcher Settings

To access the YetiCare Launcher settings, press the YetiCare Launcher settings button at the bottom-left corner on the application drawer.

General Settings

1. To hide the application icon size slider:
   YetiCare Launcher settings > General Settings > Show application icon size slider
2. To prevent users from repositioning or removing application icons on the home screen:
   YetiCare Launcher settings > General Settings > Prevent modifications to the home screen

Home Screen Settings

1. Show or hide the date at the top-left corner of the home screen:
   YetiCare Launcher settings > Home screen settings > Show the date
2. Change the wallpaper:
   YetiCare Launcher settings > Home screen settings > Change the wallpaper

Backup and restore

1. Take a backup of the home screen layout:
   YetiCare Launcher settings > Backup and restore > Create a backup
   After a backup has been taken, you can choose to upload the backup file to a third-party cloud service e.g. Google Drive. In the device, The backup zip file is located in the external storage. The file is named e.g. yetilaucher_backup-2019-11-15_10-31-46.zip
2. Restore from a backup:
   YetiCare Launcher settings > Backup and restore > Restore from a backup

In the file selection screen, navigate to the folder where the backup zip file is located and then select the backup zip file.

*Note: To access the internal storage you have to click on the three dots in the top right corner and click on “Show internal storage”. Choose RK3399 from the options that come up by clicking the three lines in the top left corner. Navigate to the zip file you want to restore and select it by long pressing on the zip file and click on “OPEN” in the top right corner.
