YetiBrain Games is a series of games designed for enhancing memory and practicing cognitive skills, so as to further support neurorehabilitation. It has been divided into four main categories, including memory games, word games, spatial games, and other games. Each subcategory contains several small games as well. Visual and audio stimuli keep the players engaged throughout the game.

  • Memory games mainly focus on memory practice. Remember and choose the right images or lit-up shapes in minigames, such as
    • Match Pairs,
    • Memory Blocks,
    • Follow Sequence.
  • Word games aim at practicing the capacity of handling words by finding, guessing, or identifying the right words, and is currently featuring
    • Word Search,
    • Word Guess,
    • Color Word.
  • Spatial games are designed to construct spatial concepts in the brain to improve the cognitive skills, and currently include the minigames
    • Line Puzzle,
    • Picture Shuffle.
  • Other games are a compilation of games that do not fit in the categories above. Scratching Game is designed to practise fine motor skills, and also can be used in group activities. Color wheel is designed to boost attention skills.

Difficulty

You can choose among 3 different difficulty settings. Switch by tapping on the ‘EASY’, ‘MEDIUM’, or ‘HARD’ button. The selected difficulty level is in red color, otherwise in grey color.

Alternatively, you can switch the difficulty level also in each minigame in the app.

Settings

Most of the games will have a tutorial pop up to show how to play before the game starts. However, if you wish to not show them anymore in any minigame, you can change it in the settings by selecting or unselecting ‘Show tutorial popup when starting a game’. After the setting, click ‘BACK’ in the top left corner, you will be back to the main menu.
