5. Maintaining HR Mini Master

After creating the HR Mini Master record by executing the Enter Non-Staff PA in ECC, you can update the Mini Master using the following T-codes:

PA40 can not be used on HR Mini Master records created using PA42

T-codes Description
PA40 It is used to make the major changes in the Mini Master. These major changes include:
  • Switching Employee groups (Consultant becoming Individual Contractor)
  • Changing nationalities
  • Switching organizational unit (For example, earlier the person was travelling with expenses from
    DM and now for another UN office)
  • Changing Contract duration
PA30 It is used to make the minor changes in the Mini Master. These minor changes include:
  • Changing mailing address, telephone number and email
  • Entering/Updating passport information
  • Entering/Updating Visa information
  • Changing Travel privileges
