The TAD Parameters form appears when downloading a Table/Report containing parameters. Press F4 or double-click in most parameters to see the TAD Lookup or TAD Calendar forms.
When downloading a Table or Report using a SQL Statement the following displays.
When downloading a Report using a Stored Procedure the following displays.

| Tab Name | Shows the name of the worksheet you are downloading. |
| Description | Shows the description of the Table/Report. |
| Where Clause | Only visible when downloading a SQL Statement. Shows where each parameter is used to condition the data. |
| Stored Proc | Only visible when downloading a Stored Procedure. Shows what stored procedure is being used by the report. |
| Global | When checked, the value in the adjacent parameter field will be pushed to the next download(s) to save you from entering the parameter value multiple times. |
| Skip Remaining Parameter Entry | This will skip the Parameter form for any remaining downloads. |
