The TAD Licenses and Permissions form gives Admins access to maintain the licenses. All users of TAD will need to be added to the License table.
Button Security
This security part controls what buttons a user can click on the TAD ribbon. For example, if you want a user to download reports, but not tables, then you could use the Report Viewer profile.
Report Security
This security part controls what standard TAD reports a user can see under the Reports button. Since each standard TAD report points to a report in Vista this section does not require any changes. If a user has access to the report in Vista they will see it in TAD.
Table Security
This security part controls what tables a user can see under the Tables button and what tables can be used in Reports.
Other Security Options

| UserName | This is the user you selected or are adding. |
| Version | This defaults the version of the file you are using and can only be changed for new users. |
| Active | Only active users count against the purchased license count. |
| Admin | Admins can maintain licenses and permissions. |
| Object Type | Whether users can download Tables or Views. |
| Import Backup | Forces backups of tables when importing. |
| Update Backup | Forces backups of tables when updating. |
| Delete Backup | Forces backups of tables when deleting. |
| Delete Warning | If a user is deleting records and not backing up the table they will receive a warning message to make sure they don’t want to back up the table. This option turns that message on/off. |
| Trigger Access | Whether users can disable triggers when importing/updating/deleting. |
Profiles
Profiles toggle the various security options on the form to make selections easier.

| Report Viewer | Access to Reports Selection Only. Can only download reports. |
