Overview
The Employee Self Service (ESS) payroll bank details feature enables users to add bank details from employee self-service.
Feature Management
Workspace > Feature management >(evergreen HR) Employee Self Service payroll bank details
The “(evergreen HR) Employee self-service payroll bank details” feature is dependent on “(Evergreen HR) Payroll” feature. When (Evergreen HR) Payroll is not enabled and if we try to enable (evergreen HR) Employee self-service payroll bank details will get one error message
ESS form
The “My bank details” section is now available in employee self-service form:
_Workspaces > Employee self-service > edit personal details >My bank details _
Button behaviour

New | Allows user to add new bank account details |
Edit | Allows user to edit bank details record |
Delete | Allows user to delete record |
Field behaviour
Field name | Description |
Account identification | Allows user to identify the account |
Name | Name of the Account |
Bank account number | Allows user to know the bank account number details |
Use for Payroll | It is Allows user to know if this account is used for Payroll or not |
From date | Allows user to know from when the account is used for payroll |
To date | Allows user to know till when the account is used for Payroll |
Functionality
The bank account details entered on the “Employee Self-service” form will also be visible on the employee bank accounts form. Similarly, the bank details entered in the “Employee Bank Accounts” form will be visible on “Employee self-service form.

Account identification | Allows user to identify the account |
Name | Name of the Account |
Bank account number | Allows user to know the bank account number details |
Use for Payroll | Allows user to know if this account is used for Payroll or not |
From date | Allows user to know from when the account is used for payroll |
To date | Allows user to know till when the account is used for Payroll |
Edit bank details
When we click on edit button on the Employee self-service > Edit personal information > My Bank details >Edit link, you will find that two fields, “Re-enter routing number” and “Re-enter account number” will be greyed out.

Re-Enter Routing number | Allows user to re-enter routing number again to match the information in routing number field. |
Re-Enter account number | Allows user to re-enter bank account number again to match the information in bank account number. |
