Introduction

As part of a previous release there was the ability for an Employee to add their diversity declaration via the Employee self service

Based on feedback we have extended the ability to monitor further information via Diversity monitoring including

  • Gender identity – a new setup form for this for Human Resources to maintain rather than using the standard Microsoft field provided, this gives further flexibility
  • Type of education
  • Birth gender status (Yes/No)
  • Childhood main household occupation (free text)
  • Parent university status (Yes/No)
  • Primary carer status (Yes/No)
  • Additional carer needs (Yes/No)
