This feature introduces an “adjusted pay rate” tab on the employee form which enables an employee’s salary to be calculated according to their working pattern. For example, if a person earns £30,000pa but works four days a week (ie 0.8FTE), their actual salary would be £24,000.

The “Evergreen HR FTE adjusted compensation” feature enables the FTE adjusted compensation:

Calculating FTE adjusted compensation
There is a new tab called “FTE adjusted pay rate” and related fields enables user to calculate Adjusted annual equivalent and adjusted monthly equivalent.

Fields | Description |
Full-time equivalent | The employee’s current working patter, retrieved from their position record |
Adjusted annual equivalent | The employee’s pro-rated annual salary, calculate as (Adjusted pay rate * Full-time equivalent) |
Adjusted Monthly equivalent | The employee’s pro-rated monthly salary, calculated as (Adjusted annual equivalent * full-time equivalent) / 12 |
Currency | The currency in which the employee receives their salary |
