evergreen introduces the ability to display an informative message on the employee medical information screen. This enhancement is designed to help organisations explain why medical details are being collected, supporting clearer communication with employees.

How it works
A new parameter has been added to the Human resources parameters page, which allows administrators to configure a custom informative message. This message will be displayed at the top of the Medical information form visible to employees.
Navigate to: Human resources > Setup > Human resources parameters
Note: This parameter will only be available if feature “(evergreen HR) Ability to store medical information“ is enabled.
Once enabled and configured, the message is automatically shown on the medical information form, ensuring employees see it each time they access or update their medical data.
