Introduction

This feature allows for the ability to view and maintain working patterns for employees and contractors via the positions within evergreen.

  • Working patterns are now shared across all legal entities
  • The ability to store weekly contractual hours on the position
  • Display visually a employees working pattern across a week view
  • The ability to provide an average total of working hours per week

This functionality has been developed to compliment the existing standard functionality of Working time templates that can be managed in via Organisation Administration to display the information more clearly

In addition to this, the human resource assistant can modify and keep audit of existing working patterns and store reason codes to manage this information.

In addition to the working patterns, a new feature has been added to manage Working schedule rules to display an employee work schedule rules

There is a maintenance form that can be configured to meet the requirements for the organisation for work schedule rules
