Users can create specific approval templates for each module so that the approval templates are unique to each module. This feature is available for the modules Process, Performance, Organization, Risk, Control, Rule and Master Data.

To use this feature, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on the New button at the top right of the screen, and click on document.

2. The Add New Document form will open.

3. Fill in the Name and Parent sections. When ready, scroll down to find the Type section. Click on the Template button.

4. A sub-section will appear. There, the user selects the Approval Template check box and the check box of the desired module.

5. Select the Document by uploading or dragging files.

6. When done, click the button Add & Close

7. The Default Approval Template for the module selected is now added in the Documents Module.
