The Versioning section provides users with additional key information about items. This section is broken down into 3 categories:

1.Current Version: Provides information about what version is being viewed, and when the latest modification has been made.

2. Approved Document: Preview and download the past approved document. Includes past feedbacks and signatures. See below for explanations on how to access the document.

3.Version History: Provides information on previous versions of the process. Includes clickable previous versions from which you can browse and revert, status, approval & endorsement cycle history per version, published comment, author and date.

Version numbers increment meaning

.0001, .0002… Saved draft versions
.0100, .0200… Minor versions published
1.0000, 2.0000… Major versions published
