By selecting this option, the designer form is opened to insert commands and conditions By default, Designer is opened .
Once the Rule/Action/Event is designed, and the code has been Saved and Executed,you cannot make changes in the Designer.
If you try to open Designer, the following message will be shown:
If you choose OK, then you will need to define the action/guard/rule again.
