Select “ODBC” as the connection type followed by the Next button to display the following window:
1. Connection field
The database connection string is specified.
For more information, see ConnectString on www.ConnectionString.com.
2. Connect
The connection information in the form is verified and a connection is established in the database if there are no errors.
3. Finish
The link is created, saved and added to “Connect to Database” list
4. Previous
The window reverts back to the “Connect to Database “ window.
5. Cancel
The current form closes and changes are not saved.
