Automated Analysis Checks

ActiveControl includes several analysis functions that run automatically as part of every Inbox or Outbox approval and Import Queue deployment – and also optionally as part of Test Queue signoff (if configured).

These core analysis functions are called the General Analysis, and consist of:

1. Check Dependencies
2. Overtake and Regression Checks
3. Check Locked Transport Forms
4. Check Authorisations
5. Check Transport Release
6. Conflict Analysis
7. Check Merge Origin
8. Check Manual Steps
9. Check Manual Activities

In addition to the General Analysis, the ShiftLeft component of ActiveControl offers more than 70+ configurable analysis that can also be used to ensure any potential issues are indicated as early on in your SAP Change & Release process as possible.
These ShiftLeft analysis functions can be turned on within ActiveControl depending on a customers specific process and environment requirements.
