Accessibility refers to the possibility for everyone, including and especially people with disabilities, to access and use information and communication technology.

The ActiveControl Web Platform UI is built using SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori design system. Accessibility is an integral part of both of these, and as such, ActiveControl offers numerous capabilities to ensure Accessibility for all Basis Technologies customers and end-users.

Tab Order for Support

Navigation between fields on a screen in the Web Platform is done using the Tab key. [Tab] moves the focus from one control to the next. [Shift]+ [Tab] does the reverse.

Tab ordering is seen on all screens where a User may be maintaining information:

  • Business Task
  • Transport Form
  • Project

Clear status updates, messages and error handling is seen throughout the Web Platform. Labels and tooltips are used in the Web Platform to provide more information where appropriate.
