Templates are used to capture configuration and use this configuration in provisioning jobs. This section will cover the process of creating templates in Provisioning Manager. Because there are numerous types of Templates, this section will provide general instructions that can be applied to create various template types.
To add a Template:
- Expand Templates from the left navigation menu
- On the menu, select the desired Template type
- Click Add to create a new template
- Select a Service Group
- Configure the template options for your environment
- When finished, click Save
- To add another Template, click Add
