Bulk Swap

The Swap feature can also be used in bulk to migrate phones or device profiles.

Using Bulk Device Swap:

1. Select Swap from the Actions menu
2. If required, select the appropriate Service Group
3. Select the Bulk Swap Tab
4. Select the search criteria
5. Click the Search button
6. Select the device to be swapped and click “Add to Device List”. Repeat the search process to add more devices
7. Configure the swap options for the devices added to the device list table
8. When complete, click Preform to process the swap or click download to save the result to a CSV to run later
