Search Services – Cisco Provisioning

Search Services can be configured to provide provisioning functionality, so no only can you view users and devices, but you can perform provisioning actions.

The following actions can be enabled:

• Onboard user
• Offboard user
• Add phone to user
• Add Jabber to user
• Add single number reach
• Add line
• Add voicemail
• Delete voicemail
• Change voicemail PIN
• Change CUCM user PIN

Not all provisioning services need to be enabled, but any configured service will be available to all users.

To Configure Search Services Provisioning:

1. Select Search Services from the System menu
2. Click Add to configure a new service
3. Select the Service Name from the list
4. Add a label for the service
5. Add a description for the service
6. Select a job to map to the service
7. Configure the fields and options for the service (See video for details)
