XACCESS – USER MFA PROCESS
Prior to accessing any of XSTRA’s cloud based products and services, the User must now go to https://xaccess.x.direct User enters their: “Email Address” 6 Digit “One Time Passcode” (OTP) from the User’s authenticator app on their mobile phone Click the “AUTHORISE” button . Example shown here: . . If successful the User will be redirected to the Clients appropriate landing page Finished – the User has successfully used XACCESS for multi-factor authentication
