XACCESS – USER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION PROCESS
To register, the User clicks on this link https://xaccess.x.direct and selects the “REGISTER” option at the bottom of the page . . User enters their: “Email Address” “X Number” – ( if the User does not know their “X” number then please contact XCARE ) User then clicks on the “Register” button . . Example shown here: . . If the email domain is recognised by XACCESS then the User will receive an email containing a link to a webpage with a time constraint of one-click or 12 hours, whichever occurs first User clicks on the link to the webpage The webpage has the QR code for a unique token User installs token into their favorite authenticator app installed on their smart phone or tablet. We recommend Users use Microsoft Authenticator as the authenticator app, but any authenticator app can be used including Google Authenticator. The Microsoft Authenticator app is available for installation on: IPhone/IPad devices using this LINK Android devices using this LINK Finished – the User has now successfully setup their XACCESS account
