- Place of Home Leave:
Used to record the staff member’s official place of home leave.
- Place of family visit:
Used to record the staff member’s official place of family visit travel.
- Place of Home Country:
Used only in exceptional cases where the
staff member has a place of home leave that is different from the home country/country of nationality. This is a required field in these circumstances.
- Place of Permanent Residence:
Used to record the place of permanent residence for staff members who were authorised to acquire or maintain Permanent Resident status in another country.
- Place of Recruitment:
Used to record the place from which the Organization recruited and travelled the staff member upon initial appointment or reappointment.
- Residence outside of commuting distance:
Obsolete option. DO NOT USE
Applicable for Temporary Language Staff Only
- Place of residence – Temp Language:
Used to record the current residence for temporary language staff, which is used to determine in the case of off-site contracts, if the staff member is entitled to Headquarters or Worldwide rates.
- Place of Professional domicile – Temp Lang:
Used to record the professional domicile for temporary language staff, which is used to determine whether the staff member is entitled to Headquarters or Worldwide rates and if they are being recruited locally or globally.
