This manual aims to provide everything you need to process various types of onboarding requests that require processing in Umoja and provides all the prerequisites and procedures for each request type. Policy reference has been included for each request type, so that the documentation for each request type stands on its own. Prerequisites have been provided for each request type, enabling you to focus on the instructions in the appropriate chapter with minimal cross-referencing to external documents.
