Training

We provide each employee with the skills and materials necessary to do the job. Each new employee will receive an orientation to familiarize them with the company. During this orientation process, each employee will receive general information about the company, their position and a copy of the Employee Handbook.

A former employee who has been rehired after a separation from the company of more than one (1) year is considered an orientation employee during the first 90 days following rehire.

During your orientation and training, we ask you to complete all of the duties and procedures assigned to you. It will help you to establish yourself as a knowledgeable and productive member of the staff.
