If your store is robbed, the most critical thing to remember is: Don’t resist or try to be a hero! Do exactly as the robber tells you. Stay Calm. Be alert and make a mental note of details that could help the police find the robber. After the robbery call the police (Dial 911). Once the doors are locked and store is closed you should make sure everyone is out of the store except employees including the bathroom. Following these simple steps can greatly aid you in surviving a robbery without injury to yourself or fellow employees.
