We urge you to take personal interest in and genuinely care about our guests. A warm smile, a friendly hello, courteous helpful service, quality product, a thank you, a sincere “hurry back” comment, combine to make guests feel that you are there to meet their needs. When guests feel good about the friendly service and quality products they receive, they return.

New Employee Orientation

You will have up to 90 days to familiarize yourself with the job. This is the time for us to evaluate your work. During this time you will want to demonstrate your ability and desire to become a regular employee. At any time during this 90-day period of orientation we can decide you will not be retained as part of our regular workforce. If that is our decision, you will be immediately informed.

QUALITY, SERVICE, CLEANLINESS & FRIENDLINESS

The QSC&F Assurance System is a system used to measure how well each restaurant meets the high standards that have been carefully set to provide superior guest satisfaction.

The goal of QSCF system is to ensure that our guests receive the absolute best dining experience possible while maintaining our excellent image. Research has been done on our food recipes, cooking procedures, service standards, friendliness and cleanliness.

Each Team Member is responsible for helping to make sure that our high standards are met. Each restaurant is periodically reviewed and rates on these standards. A good rating is a reflection of the effort and pride you and your team members put in your restaurant.

Our Training Commitment

There is a lot to learn as a new restaurant employee. We believe that the key to success is excellent training. Our training system supports this belief. Your job responsibilities are divided into workstations. You will begin learning the skills for a work station by observing another employee working there. Then, you will read the material regarding that station. After discussing the material, your trainer will show you how to do each task correctly and safely and let you practice to develop speed and proficiency. Your trainer will observe your performance on the job to determine when you are ready to move ahead. The skills and knowledge you acquire are your key to advancement.
Remember to watch and listen carefully throughout your training and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
