The 2025 Bonus Program for General Managers has been announced to reward your hard work and dedication. Here are the key incentives:
1. Sales Performance Bonus: General Managers will receive a $400 bonus if their store achieves 2% above the budgeted sales for the month.
2. Labor Efficiency Bonus: A $400 bonus will be awarded to any store that operates with ideal labor.
3. Food Cost Management Bonus: General Managers will receive a $200 bonus if their store runs within 1.25% of the ideal food cost.
However, please note that if a store fails a REV inspection, it will not qualify for any bonuses for that month. Additionally, to be eligible for the bonus, the General Manager must be employed at the time of disbursement. The payout percentage will be based on the percentage the store has on Popeyes Academy, and the payout will be included in the payroll following the period end numbers.
For example, if a store achieves 6% above the budgeted sales, operates with ideal labor, and runs within 1.25% of the ideal food cost, the General Manager will receive a total bonus of $1,000 for that month. However, if the store’s Popeyes Academy percentage is 80%, the actual payout will be 80% of $1,000, which is $800. If the store fails a REV inspection, no bonuses will be awarded for that month.
If the store had any cash shortage in excess of 0.005% it will be deducted from the bonus dollar for dollar.
