Import/export format for foods
The easiest way to import foods in Diabetes:M is to use the sample file below and have in mind that you need to change a few things:
- No column must be incremented by 1 for every new row
- Total records on the first line must match records count in the file
- ID’s column must be unique (increment every row’s ID by 1)
- Date column contains date + time in timestamp format and the ID must be unique. You can convert your dates here http://www.epochconverter.com/. or just use the last row’s date
- Food’s categories are added by their index and the indexes are in the list below |#00.Beans and Legumes|#01.Beverages|#02.Breads and Cereals|#03.Cheese, Milk and Dairy |#04.Deserts|#05.Eggs|#06.Fast Food|#07.Fruits |#08.Nuts and Seeds|#09.Pasta, Rice and Noodles|#10.Salads|#11.Sauces, Spices and Spreads |#12.Snacks|#13.Soups|#14.Vegetables|#15.Meat |#16.Fish and Seafood|#17.Other|#18.User Added Food
The columns that you need to take care of are colored. A sample food import file can be downloaded from here:
