Select & Upload Your Form of NDA (optional)

You can post a form of NDA so that prospective partners see your starting point

You can use your organization’s standard form NDA or you can use a form we offer. You can make it accessible accessible to potential discussion partners right from the profile that catches their interest. This way, if they’re interested and want to have a discussion of non-public information, you can ask if they’ve had a chance to review your form before they ask you to negotiate theirs.

Steps from Settings Page.
At bottom of page, in Section Default Management,

1. Click on Browse, to find form on your computer
2. Click on Open to select teh one you wish to use
3. Click on Upload to add it as default form for all your profiles.
