Generally, the flow of information between a technology provider and a potential partner would begin with messaging via the SeedSprint’s messaging feature. If the relationship looks promising or more information that is not public is needed, an NDA can be executed via SeedSprint or externally from the app. Once an NDA has been executed, the owner of the technology, i.e. the institution, may open a data room and seed it with the deep-dive package created for the technology. Then, additional documents may be added as needed to facilitate the conversation.
