NDAs

To speed along collaboration, SeedSprint offers in-app NDA management. Technology providers can set default NDAs on an individual technology, research project, pre-startup, or lab profiles. Industry users can then download these NDAs and initiate an NDA negotiation via this default NDA.

*Default NDAs *vfor your institution can be set in Account Settings. Default NDAs for specific profiles can be managed from the profile page. NDAs being negotiated or executed can be managed from the NDA in the left sidebar.
