Managing NDAs

The NDA section on a pre-startup profile allows your institution to customize NDA by pre-startup profile. Selected NDAs can be downloaded from the pre-startup profile page by viewers, and will not affect the institution’s overall default NDA (which is managed in account settings)

NDAs for a pre-startup can also be negotiated via the NDAs tab on the left sidebar or externally from the platform.

Customize which NDA is used as a default for a specific pre-startup profile by selecting your desired NDA from the NDA Type field in the right column, which may be

• Your institution’s default NDA
• seedsprint’s general NDA
• A custom NDA
• No NDA
