Data rooms are secure spaces to share non-public information about a technology following the execution of an NDA. The NDA may be executed on SeedSprint’s platform or externally from the platform.
Data rooms and information in data rooms are managed by the owner of the technology. SeedSprint is not a party to this information.
When should data rooms be used?
- Data rooms should be used when one party is seeking to collaborate with, invest, acquire, or license from the owner of the technology.
- Data rooms can be used to provide information for 1st-level due diligence.
Data rooms can be seeded by a deep-dive package and further information and documents may be shared by request. Documents shared in one data room will not be available in separate data rooms, allowing an entity to have several, separate conversations with separate potential partners.
