Managing NDAs

The NDA section on a research project profile allows your institution to customize NDA by research project if you desire. Selected NDAs can be downloaded from the research project profile page by viewers, and will not affect the institution’s overall default NDA (which is managed in account settings).

NDAs for a technology can also be negotiated via the NDAs tab on the left sidebar or externally from the platform.

Customize which NDA is used as a default for a specific technology profile by selecting your desired NDA from the NDA Type field in the right column, which may be

• Your institution’s default NDA
• SeedSprint’s general NDA
• A custom NDA
• No NDA
