UNDERSTANDING THE LAYOUT – The Findings & Recommendations Page

In the video above we cover the the layout and basic functions of Findings & Recommendations Page.

Choose any button and select the Findings & Recommendations area in the upper right of the page.

As before, at the top of this page is the option to Cancel without saving any changes, or the green Save button once complete.

You will also notice the attachments option, this is where you could insert images directly related to this specific finding and those images will appear alongside the finding text in the report. Below that are the two main entry windows for the Finding and the Recommendation.

Type a finding entry or select an entry from the Quick Insert Options.

Select the Recommendation pane and type or select an appropriate Recommendation.

Remember to save your text as a new Quick Insert Option if you have written something you feel you may encounter again in the future. You can save your custom phrases by using the + button above the Quick Insert Options.

Before Saving to exit, be sure to select a Priority level for this Finding. This priority level can be modified at any time by returning to this finding.

Click or press on Save to exit, and then mark this heading as Complete or Incomplete, as desired.
