Digital filtering options allow the scale to be configured for use in harsh environmental conditions or for weighing moving objects such as tanks filled with liquid or live animals.

Filter level Choose a value in a range from 1 to 7. A lower value implies that the fluctuations in the weight will be more visible, and vice versa. The default value is 2.

Filter for livestock Additional filter for weighing live animals or people, who cause oscillations in the weight indication by exerting a variable force on the load cells when moving on the load receptor. Click on the switch icon to change its state.

Motion Filter When enabled, the indicator does not display intermediate values when loading or unloading the scale. The result is that the indicator does not show a weight value until the indication has stabilized.

Range of stability Adjusts the sensitivity with which the scale determines whether the indication is stable or not. The stability is determined by comparing the weight values obtained in a short space of time. The value of this parameter sets the maximum deviation between the different compared values to consider that the indication is stable. The default value is 5, which means a maximum deviation of ±0.5e. A value of 10 means that a deviation of up to ±1e is allowed.

Output rate (ms) frequency for the scale sending the weight to the PC expressed in milliseconds. Enter the time lapse between each data sending. The default value is 50ms.

A/D Converter Sampling Rate Select the scale’s A/D converter sampling rate. Possible values are 12sps or 50sps (samples per second). Click the toggle switch icon to change the selected option. A higher sample rate will result in a faster weight update, but will also be more sensitive to short spikes due to external disturbances (draft, vibration, and shock near the scale).
