Q: I gave my customer a studio credit for a class they cancelled. How do they use that for another class registration?

If you chose to give “Studio Credit” during the cancellation process, it will generate a gift certificate tied to the customer’s account that they can use for any future registration.

To see this gift certificate:

  • Through the Admin Portal
    Go to Store > Events > Accounts. Search for the customer and under that account details, their credit will be listed under the Gift Certificate section.
  • By the customer
    If you have Self-Service enabled, your customer can log in directly to their account and view their credit under the Gift Certificate section.
