Q: I’ve sent out invitations from my Waiting List but when they click to the link to register, why do they get a “Sold Out” message?

When your customer on a Waiting List gets an invitation, they are given a link to register for the Event. However, in certain cases they may see a “Sold Out” message if the seat is taken before they are able to register.

This can happen if another person registers prior to the customer with the invitation clicks on the link to register.

A typical scenario includes:

  • The Studio directly registering a guest. (View Registering a Guest for more details.)
  • More invitations than the available seats were sent out so the first ones to register will take the available seats.
