Gift Certificate Orders are Gift Certificates purchased by your guests.
To view the Gift Certificate Orders, go to Store > Events > Gift Certificates > Gift Certificate Orders.
On the Gift Certificate Orders page, click on any order to view the details of that purchase including the Gift Certificate(s) purchased by the customer.
Note
- If you’d like to take orders directly from your customers on your website, email our support team at support@cimplebox.com, and we can provide the URL for your customers to purchase gift certificates.
