Promotional Codes, or Promo Codes for short, allow you to offer discounts to your guests who register for Events.
To see your Promo Codes, go to Store > Events > Event Management > Promotional Codes.
Use the View: dropdown to view Active Codes, Inactive Codes, or all Codes.
- Active Codes are valid, unexpired, and have at least one seat remaining.
- Inactive Codes are either expired or have no remaining seats.
Each Code has the following values:
- Type
- Amount Per Seat
- Maximum Seats
- Used Seats
Click the Delete link to remove a Code.
Use the Search Code: box to look for a specific Code.
To add a new code go to More Options > New Codes.
